Youth at Risk has a strong, simple belief. All young people can have a worthwhile future.
We want to lock them up and throw away the key. We want the problem to go away and stay away. But it never does |
Sometimes it's hard to share this belief. When young people behave anti-socially, misuse drugs & alcohol, act aggressively, vandalise property, commit crimes and disrupt neighbourhoods we have a natural reaction. |
We believe there is a better way to deal with the most difficult & damaged young people in our society. A way that enables them to bring about a fundamental and lasting change to the way they view and live their lives |
