Our Methodology
We explore with each individual their own beliefs through a process that opens their mind to all kinds of possibilities and is firmly based on an exploration of their real life experiences.
Our curriculum has around 40 modules and is an eclectic mix of methodologies that include: Transactional Analysis, Behavioural Psychology, George Kelly’s Personal Construct Theory, W. Timothy Gallway’s Group Coaching Model, Gestalt Theory, Rogerian Reflective Therapy and Socratic Questioning.
It is crucial that those who participate:
- Actively choose to get involved with the programme.
- Pin-point and identify goals which realistically reflect the way they would like their future to be.
- Commit themselves to do everything it takes to reach the goals they have chosen.
- Come to understand how the way they see their past experiences have impacted negatively on the choices they have made in their lives.
- Realise that there is a big difference between the facts of any given situation and their interpretation of them.
- Determine what behaviour will best help them attain the goals they have set.
- Understand and welcome the support of those willing them to succeed.
- Practice what they learn.
