"I work with many brutalised and institutionalised young men. I was also having problems with my own 16 year old son. The training taught me new ways of communicating and a lot about really listening. It was an opportunity for me to reassess many of my opinions and respond to issues in a more creative way.

It has changed the whole way my colleagues and I interact with the inmates. There is a new sense of respect, trust and appreciation and I have learned to view them in terms of their potential and not as problems. My relationship with my son is much better now too!"
