Youth at Risk is a charity dedicated to transforming the lives of young people at risk of poor outcomes. We work intensively with young people, their communities and the professionals who work with them
We understand that the cycle of hopelessness, poverty of aspiration, low motivation, disengagement from schools and colleges, anti-social behaviour, misuse of drugs and alcohol, criminal activity and the culture of gangs have their roots in a breakdown of respect and trust within and between communities. |
These young people need and deserve transformational services that enable them to form a different view of themselves and their community, to develop positive pro-social relationships and so achieve their real potential in a positive and community enhancing manner.
We have been delivering transformational programmes for these young people and the professionals who support them within schools, prisons, long-term unemployment programmes, communities and local authorities for over 15 years. We have a proven track record of success
