Many employment schemes fail to deliver not through lack of understanding of the root causes, but because many of those on these schemes simply lack confidence, do not value themselves and are not sufficiently motivated.
Our ‘Coaching for Employment’ programmes get to grips with these issues in a no-nonsense way.
Participants go through a 4-day intensive workshop designed to help them come to terms with what is preventing them being gainfully employed and to understand that they are in charge of and responsible for their own destinies.
They undertake further training during the 6-month ‘follow through phase and are supported in choosing to take full advantage of the vocational training programmes on offer. They emerge far better equipped to get, and keep, a job.
