Little wonder that faced with all this youth professionals often feel disillusioned, depressed and lacking in confidence to 'make the difference'. They become less motivated and less effective.



The knock-on effect is that the problems of the young people they are involved in are often increased rather than reduced. As a result...things get steadily worse.
